Since 1989, the legendary Scullers Jazz Club has presented the biggest names in straight ahead, Latin and Contemporary Jazz, as well as Blues, Soul, R & B and World Music.  Scullers Jazz Club set a new standard for Jazz Clubs in Boston and throughout the United States with a World-Class roster of renowned Jazz artists.

The new club, now located on the ground floor of The DoubleTree Suites, continues in that same tradition offering a state of the art sound system, great acoustics and sight lines from every seat, in a setting reminiscent of the classic Jazz Clubs of the past. There is a full bar and cocktails menu, along with satisfying food and desert selections just in case you missed dinner!

Since its inception in October of 1989, Scullers Jazz Club has become a Boston landmark for visitors to the area as well as local Bostonian’s who have become valued friends over the years. Scullers has hosted some of the very best musical artists in the business and supports up and coming talent, including; Chick Corea, Lisa Fischer, Joey DeFrancesco, Cecile McLorant Salvant, Brad Mehldau, The Bad Plus, Harry Connick Jr., Chris Botti, Jamie Cullum, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Christian Scott, Christian Sands, Christian McBride, Kenny Garrett, David Sanborn, Michael Buble, Arturo Sandoval, Wynton Marsalis, to name a few.

Marla became Artistic Director at Scullers Jazz Club in August of 2022.  She has been listening to jazz since the age of 6 when her Father regularly played his vinyl records.  She is also an amateur jazz historian and avid collector of all things jazz.
